0.25 acres

This is a tail-wagging wonderland a big, grassy playground that’s 100% private and fully fenced (5-foot chain link plus a 6-foot privacy fence for extra peace of mind). It’s not my personal backyard, so your pup gets the true “private dog park” experience without ever needing to pass behind my home. Whether your dog lives for endless games of fetch, zoomie marathons, or just sniffing every blade of grass, they’ll have plenty of space to run, romp, and roll. Here’s what’s waiting for you: • 🪑 Picnic table & umbrella — for comfy human supervision (or snacks between fetch rounds). • 💦 Water fun! — A hose and a kiddie pool (summer months) for splashy play and cooling off. • 🥤 Large stainless steel water bowl — always clean and ready to fill. • 🎾 Outdoor toy box — stocked with toys, treats, and other goodies for pup-approved fun. • 💩 Poop bags — because being a good dog park citizen is easy here. • 💡 Evening playtime ready — spotlight in the yard plus a streetlight out front for safe after-dark visits. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, so you might spot neighbors strolling by with their own pups or kids while you play — but your space stays private.
