The semi-fenced left side provides added security, while the rest of the land lets adventurous pups roam freely (with supervision, of course!). Energetic pups who love wide-open spaces - **Shy or reactive dogs** who need a quiet, private retreat - and nature-loving explorers - **Puppy playdates** (if booked together) **✨ Amenities & Extras:** - Fresh water available for the dogs and a Seating area for pet parents to relax - Plenty of shade and natural terrain for fun **🚗 Easy parking & peaceful vibes—just bring your pup's favorite toys and let the tail-wagging begin!** Book now for a **pawsitively amazing** time at our Sniffspot—where dogs can just **be dogs!** 🐶 *Note: Fully supervised visits recommended since the land is not fully enclosed.*. *always open to communicate if we run into each other! If we bump into you don't be shy for a hi! *please be courteous and respectful around the walls of the main house. *Preferred front area of the house for pets play time. The whole land is over 1.06Acres! However the backyard has an inground pool and some tree area. The tree area is great for them to play in as well but maybe watch out fornthe pool area (fenced) *standard rules apply like picking up poop etc etc.. *we have a nice cozy 2 seat table set out front under a gorgeous tree for relaxation *doggy bowl of water should always be available each visit.
