Very relaxed atmosphere minimal traffic yard is a little over an acre three quarters of the way fenced in but will be fencing at least the back half of the property the rest of the way in with a gate. I'm currently still cleaning the property up and making it more scenic and more comfortable for all walks of life. Neighbors in front of me one has a dog a boxer that is only out first thing in the morning and in the evening when he gets home from work and that's it other neighbor in front of me does not own any animals.
