We are located in quiet, rural, Germantown, OH, offering acres of beautiful, private, fenced fields, for you and your dogs to jump and play, sit back and relax, or enjoy however you like. Our Pond SniffSpot is available most of the year. It's a fully fenced 2 acre converted pasture. It's very private, containing a pond, chairs, picnic table, fields, and woods, with mowed border and mowed trails. See photo captions. Fenced in 1 acre, cross the bridge and enter through horse gate and latch the gate with the chain . There is a wooded side area with path around it for dog to run around next to our creek, no access to creek from yard. Our neighbors horses are to the right and in the back of our property also. The horses are not where the dog area is. There are chickens in our neighbors yard to the right side and blocked off best we can.

Cozy private backyard butting up to farm land behind the fence. Plenty of room to have your four legged friends run around safely! Great for dogs that do not do well in public open areas. Min 1 hour, max 3 hours. Longer requests may be able to be facilitated, message me to check. Please park on street unless otherwise stated. Neighbors dogs do run along the fence at times. Parking required on street unless messaged otherwise. Reminder to pick up all dog poop as well. All trash/recycling and dog poop can be put in the bins in the driveway.
