Swimming pool with Baja shelf and deck jets (water that shoots out of the deck, dogs love!). Gravel and turf only. No real grass, no dirt, no mud. Covered back patio with comfortable couch, chairs and outdoor dining table. Hose accessible for post swim clean up.

Whether your dog needs to run or just have some fun doing simple agility practice, you will love this real, grassy yard! Humans can relax in a comfy chair in the covered patio area and toss a ball while sipping on a cold beverage or hot coffee from our self- serve coffee bar (all provided). This spot also has great night lighting. We only allow dogs that have been fully vaccinated, please. *you will have access to dog photo area, pet marketplace (where all items are only $6) -and our new indoor, dog wash station ($12 per dog extra)! We have a 5ft deep large play pool with a stair entrance and a low bench seat on each side. Balls and toys provided to throw in the pool and have some awesome splashdowns into the water! Seating, tables , umbrellas , lounge chairs and Bluetooth speakers available for you! Dog wash area provided with pup wash, spa attachment for hose and towels for no charge. - Complementary drinks for you and pups - towels provided for humans and pups - balls, frisbees and rope toys

Half Acre Property with a huge fenced yard! I've rented the yard on a different site for 2 years. Pool is included in price if you’d like to use it with your pup. Pool bathroom is on the west side of the house and is marked. I'd say half of the bookings are people wanting to use the yard for large dog social gatherings. There is a sitting area under an oak tree and plenty of room for running around and playing with your dog or multiple dogs. We've had "Corgi" parties with 20 small dogs running around having fun. There is a pool bathroom on the west side of the house that dan be accessed through the west gate. This can be used during your stay. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions :) Chris
