Description

We have over a half acre fenced. We do have chickens in the yard as well as horses in the back pasture. We have a cat that frequents the area so be aware he may visit. All of are dogs will be out of sight when you use the area. I do ask that the child swing set is only used for a maximum of 1-2 small children as it is not designed for a lot of weight. The pool in the pictures is not functional at this time. Other than that you can enjoy the lovely views of the cows to the left and the horses straight back. Its very quiet all neighbors are far away. We do have 24hr security and alarm systems including cameras all around the house. We have motion activated lights so you can see if it starts to het dark.

Hazards

I have chickens in a coop towards the back and a cat that comes around. The ground is a bit uneven and has some holes. We do have a septic system so be aware of the concrete blocks and leaching areas. Some of the fencing has sharp edges no one has ever gotten hurt but be aware. Its on the outside so probably not an issue if you stay in the fenced area. The pine trees have sharp needles keep children away. Do not go near the horse pasture it is not included. Horses can be dangerous to people and dogs if they feel threatened. Also be aware it is the country and bugs are everywhere i recommend bug protection.
