Description

Sweetwater Court Private Dog Playground and Garden is perfect for an apartment pet, condominium pet or the traveling pet who needs a break to run and play off leash. Additionally we have many guests desiring safety for dogs and children to play together. Bring a friend, have a picnic while your dogs play. This is not just our yard; it is our field to the side of our house and a little more than half an acre is fenced. Another 5 1/2 acres offers privacy and serenity. Feel free to let your pet run through the fenced field and dig in the garden. They love sniffing all of the plants and running the rows . We don’t mind! There are plenty of interesting areas for your pet to explore and run and a lot for them to sniff and explore. The field is mowed weekly and may have some bare spots and occasionally dog poop. We are not UPSCALE. ALL BREEDS WELCOME. There is fun for Small and Large dogs. We are NOT a good fit for a reactive dog. We share a fence with our neighbors that have 2 small dogs. There are plenty of other Sniffspots that will suit your reactive dog’s needs. We are located in Southern Guilford County, just 2 miles off Interstates 85 and 73 and 5 miles from Wendover Ave with easy access. We have a water spigot on the property, free puppy pool, hose and spraying fire hydrant. We now have the Sunflower She Shed with an 8 foot covered porch with fan and an air conditioned and heated interior room with refrigerator, microwave and snacks to purchase. We have comfortable furniture including a wonderful glider in the shade, several benches with cushions, a hammock, zero gravity recliner, pillows and a lounging blanket are always included. We have no cameras. Your privacy is very important to us. Your dog can do nothing wrong here. Let them Dig, Bark, Sniff and Play. Everything begins at our Sunflower She Shed. You will find everything you need there. For people Extras are available such as snacks and cold drinks and frozen ice cream found in the Sunflower She Shed refrigerator/freezer. Relax and enjoy your time.

Fire Pit and S’mores20 credits

We start the fire and provide everything needed to make S’mores for up to 4 people. We must have advanced notice of 24 hours with afternoon or evening hours preferred. Bring a picnic and top it off with S’mores. You can even use the grilling sticks for hot dogs. You must book 2 hours to reserve this time.

Fire Pit, S’Mores & SNIFFARI40 credits

#1 FAVORITE amenity. We provide the fire, the long skewers and everything needed for S’mores for 2. Pack a picnic. We have a picnic table and comfortable furniture for seating. While you are relaxing your pup will be Sniffing all over the property for the delicious treats. There will also be a bone marrow bone for you to give at the Fire pit. If you have questions text me 336-382-1719. We must have 24 hours notice. You must book 2 hours.

Frozen Beef Bone Marrow Bone5 credits

A FAVORITE for dogs. Treat your pet with One baked then frozen Beef Bone Marrow Bone. Your pet will love the bone marrow in the middle and cleaning their teeth while gnawing the bone. They last a Long time. Hands down this is the favorite dog treat. If you need more than one, contact me before the visit and ai will have it available at an additional charge.

Last Min Extras0 credits

If once here you want to add additional available extras, see instructions in the Sunflower She Shed. No problem at all. We have chicken nuggets and White Castle hamburgers in the freezer and we have plates and a microwave. We also will provide homemade soup and a crock pot. Just wait and see when you get here.

Pup Cup5 credits

Peanut butter or bacon cheese pup cups available. The whip cream is in the refrigerator. Top it off at least once.

SANTA SNIFFARI Scavenger Hunt15 credits

The # 1 most requested extra. 4 Special treats will be hidden around the perimeter of the Playground allowing your dog to “Sniff them out”. On this SNIFFARI Adventure. There will also be a few other treats hidden in the garden area. Let your furbaby go wild searching. It has been a HUGE hit for everyone who has tried it. Also ADD a bone marrow bone extra and we will let you hide it once your pup is on the hunt.

SANTA Sniffari for 220 credits

Hidden treats within the field and garden. This is our number one request. Let your pups sniff out quality treats throughout the field and gardens. You can trlac or help them find them. Spoiler alert. There is always treats hidden on the dog house.

Additional rules

We do require a copy of your dogs vaccination records before visiting. For vaccinations, we require that all visiting dogs have current DHPP or DA2PP (distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, and parvovirus) and rabies vaccines. We also recommended flea and parasite preventative. Please post your records with your reservation or you can email me Cathyward711@gmail.com or text a picture of them to me 336-382-1719. Thank you for your understanding. You are allowed to smoke or vape on the property. We will gladly provide an ashtray for you if needed. Please be sure to extinguish your cigarette thoroughly. Once inside the fenced area, please insure the gates are closed and locked. This is for you and your dog’s protection. Children are Welcome. They are welcome to use hammock when accompanied by an adult. The property is not level, please watch your step.

If you are looking for a normal dog park, we are NOT IT, We Love dogs. I have had multiple dogs my entire life. We decided to open this private playground because we want all dogs to have the opportunity to enjoy what our dogs love. Here we offer the chance to get totally worn out by exploring and playing in safety. Give us the opportunity to spoil you and your dog. Children are welcome too. It is a safe place to relax and unwind. Let us know what makes you happy. I will make that happen. Refreshments are available including sodas, water, Yoo-hoo, hot coffee, tea and Hot chocolate. You can purchase them inside the she shed in the park. I know it is odd, but we have no cameras in our dog Playground. We just want privacy for our guests just like I would want for me. All pictures and videos of visiting dogs were sent to me via text message. The Sunflower She Shed is where every guest should start their visit. You will find everything you need plus quality treats there for your pup.
