Country Run's 58 Acre Private Ranch In Conifer

Country Run's Private Ranch is 58 acres located just shy of one mile off of Highway 285 off of Pleasant Park Road. An amazing location - a hidden gem. As you walk from the parking area along the path, the property opens up into a beautiful aspen forest with wooden benches and a large meadow. Half way down the meadow on the left (west) side is a small riparian area with Alder trees - the beginning of several spring fed creeks. The hillside on the east side of the property offers rock outcroppings, large rock benches and 360 views. Our dogs thoroughly enjoy their time here and we hope your dog does, too! Depending on the time of year, the spring fed area can be muddy, an old towel is recommended for the drive home. This property is perfect for dog walks, picnics and celebrations. Tim's 12 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Morrison

Come walk 12 acres of mixed terrain, sweeping meadow to rock outcroppings. This is not fenced but there is an old 3 wire fence that outlines the property. We have 2 friendly dogs that wonder the property that we can have put away during your stay or leave out to have dogs to play with. We do have 5 goats that are fenced in and 3 cats that roam the property. Please pick up after your dogs.

Sit comfortably in 2 Margaritaville Chairs, each w/ its own zippered arm cooler(Yes! I said there is a zippered thermal cooler in one arm of each chair & a drink holder in the other arm!). The private access(you will be given a private code prior to arrival) leads into a 5ft. wooden privacy fenced in backyard. There is ample off street parking & the property is in the heart of Woodland Park. You are just steps away from gas/fast food. Your fur babies may dig & dance to their furry hearts desires! Shaded areas along fence for them to cool off. There is a water hose & a 4ft baby pool available if you would like to fill & let your precious one or two or three, & so on, to show off there wet & wild! No soap or bathing of any kind is allowed. There is a pooper scooper available for the squeamish, but you must bring your own baggies to dispense of your darling’s gifts of love in the provided trashcan.

I'm local and in the City of Cripple Creek! My half acre piece of Aspen Grove is beautiful and a fun place to run. It is home for my two dogs to run around and play with their toys! There are dog balls and stuff randomly in the yard to play with. Working on fixing the front of the fence but the rest of the yard is completely fenced.
