I host regular boarding, and board & train dogs here but they will never be out at the same time as anyone visiting. I dont allow nose-to-nose greetings, nor unvaccinated dogs on property for the safety of all pups. 😁πŸ₯°

Neighbor's have chickens that boarder up to fence, but there are 3 separate fences between and a privacy acreen will be placed by July 25th, and they are quiet/hard to see usually. I am going to set up a privacy block to prevent visually stimulating visiting pups. 😌 I do have a horse, but he is in his own pen, away from view.

Very quiet neighborhood. Cars passing about 200 feet+ away. Neighbor's dogs are catty corner but usually good about pulling them inside. I am also setting up privacy stuff for this, there are 2 chainlink fencing between.

Description

More to come! Currently, I have 1.5 acres open to private bookings, and soon will be opening the astroturfed training area to SniffSpot clients as well!(awaiting sprayfoam insulation and split unit!) I have splash pools, balls for different bite strengths, agility equip for big and smaller dogs, and I also will be adding doggy parkour stumps, ramps and more!

Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
