Description

Our fully fenced yard and pool area provides your pup room to splash, sun bathe and explore off-leash. With lots of trees on multiple sides of the property, shady spots can be found all day as the sun rotates across the sky. The seating area on the south end of the pool offers a nice view of Mt. Olympus. Please note there is no grass in the backyard. Humans are permitted to join their pups in the water but we would ask that only adults enter the pool. The pool is 6ft deep at the deepest point, 9ft wide and 28 ft long. There are also a series of ledges/ large steps on the shallow end of varying depths for dogs who might need a rest or want to ease their way into the water. With cold temps in UT in fall & winter, our Sniffspot will be shut down starting in mid-October and re-open in April/ May (weather dependent).

This space is designed for dogs and their adult companions only. No children under the age of 18 are permitted. No parties or loud music. Thanks for understanding! Please use marked dog waste bin to dispose of any poop. We would kindly ask that you do not smoke, vape or bring alcohol onto our property. Glass is not permitted at any time.

Hello! We are fellow pet owners with 2 dogs: Archie- M, mixed breed 6yr and Blanche- F, pit bull mix 1.5yr. Having years of experience with rescues, special needs and reactive dogs of our own, we are looking to offer a safe & tranquil space for dogs to run, swim and exercise while giving their humans peace of mind.

Hello! We’re Kate and Bethany, and this is our yard. We have 2 wonderful but reactive dogs and we’d love to help someone else with a reactive bud(s) have space to play and train. The fence is chain link and 5ft high, our girls haven’t cleared it yet! We are looking into privacy screening for the fence but until then it is a great spot to practice with reactivity as there’s distractions but also you can control the distance of those distractions. Our yard is available mostly during our work hours so our dogs are in the house, they may bark, but then should settle. Feel free to hang on our front porch on the bench/shade.
