We now have a sandy beach they can play on and go swimming in our clean pond and dive off our dock . Lots of room to throw frisbees or balls to the dogs . PLEASE stay around the pond we have a chicken coop next to the house behind some trees and bushes not very visible from the beach area so please stay from the beach area to sashabaw road which is the area all around the pond .

Access for with trucks, trailers, equipment, sheep, dogs, etc. 14’ gate and a 4’ gate walk-in. Although the entire 10+ acres (we used to have horses, cows and sheep) is fenced (4’ farm fence), we only list it as 4 acres unfenced. Partial is I.T.C. property. For now, feel free to wonder the entire fenced 10 acres. For Your First Visit: It is a good idea to walk your dog on a leash around the perimeter until you are comfortable. Although it is fenced, it is not possible to know every dog’s individual behavior. The tornado siren goes off every first Saturday of the month at 1:00. No joy.
