Description

Our house sits on a 1.2 acre lot. We have a side yard that is roughly an acre which is fully fenced in. Our dog, Buttercup, used to love to run around here to play with us. We’d like to welcome other dogs too, right here in the heart of Spring branch!

Hazards

The ground may have uneven areas. Kindly watch your steps! Watch for tree roots and ant piles too! We do not use fertilizer or other chemicals on our vacant side-yard but we do use granules on ant piles. Our property backs up on a ditch and we have chain link fence by it.

Guests please closely observe your pet/s through out your visit so you can pick up after them. This is a requirement per SniffSpot. Please know that hosts can block guests who are not cleaning up after their pets. If one choses to relax and not observe their dogs closely in order to clean up after them, then by all means, let us know by availing extras for "CLEAN UP". In this way, we can make sure that the next guests will have a clean space like you did. Also, please do not bring home the toys that we provide for guests' use. It's for everyone’s use including ours, Cup. Thank you!

We are located in Highland Heights. Open, flat 0.8 acre fully fenced with 5 ft chain link fence. Back covered porch with table and chairs for sitting. Access to electric outlet, fan, and waterhose

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
