Let’s keep our spot clean and comfortable for all our furry visitors! Leashing and Safety First: • Keep your dog leashed at all times when entering and leaving. This helps us ensure safety and control for everyone’s peace of mind, especially for dogs with medical or behavioral needs. No Mixing, Individual Play Only: • Dogs from different households should not be in the yard at the same time. This is particularly important for dogs who may be anxious or reactive, ensuring a stress-free environment. Health and Wellness Check: • Ensure your furry friend is up to date on vaccinations, including rabies, bordetella, and distemper. We want to keep all our pups healthy and happy during their stay. Emergency Preparedness and Contact Information: • Know the location of the nearest vet and emergency services, and please provide us with your contact information in case of an emergency. Respect and Communication: • Please communicate openly and respectfully with hosts and other visitors. Let us know of any special needs or concerns your dog may have so we can provide the best care possible. Weather Awareness and Comfort: • Be prepared for changing weather conditions. Our spot may flood or become muddy, so plan accordingly and bring any necessary supplies to keep your dog comfortable. Surrounded by scenic views and wide-open spaces, it’s a natural haven for adventurous pups and their humans alike. Winding trails weave through the land, providing plenty of room to roam. Most guests spend about an hour here—walking the 20–30 minute trail loops and then relaxing by the water or letting their dogs play. It’s a great way to enjoy fresh air, peaceful nature, and some quality time with your four-legged friend. We’re always working to enhance the experience, and we plan to add even more trail options this summer—so there will be more to discover on your next visit! A few quick notes: the trails can get muddy during rainy or winter months, so we recommend wearing boots. The pond is not maintained, and guests who choose to enter the water do so at their own risk. We’re also continuing to mark property lines and add signage to help everyone feel comfortable and informed during their visit.

One field closest to road has two fences at 4 feet ant one at 5 feet. The other field has 6 foot fence on all sides. Agility equipment is setup in one of the fields from April - December.
