Description

Just over 1 acre of open space to let your dog(s) run and play. Secure 6ft steel post privacy fence around the entire perimeter with no holes/gaps. Seating for relaxing while your dog(s) run, and clean water bowls and toys are provided. First $25 profit from our Sniffspot goes to the Joplin Humane Society every month! If you'd like to bring more than 8 dogs, have a commercial use for the spot, or would prefer unavailable hours, shoot me a message and I'll do my best to accommodate. Happy sniffing! ❤️🐾

Hazards

In late mornings/early afternoons, our yard does not provide a lot of shade. Please use your best judgment when choosing your booking time, and feel free to request extra water before or during if needed! We also have some uneven ground/holes. We ask you do your best to prevent you pups from digging, but understand that some dogs cannot be stopped. If they do dig, just kick the dirt back in the hole. Thanks!

Meet and Greet$0

I would love to meet you and your pup, but to respect reactive dogs, I typically do not meet our guests. With this extra, you can meet your host and give your dog a chance to have a good interaction with a stranger. I am not a trainer, but I have a good understanding on how to meet nervous pups.

Additional rules

Please keep dogs out of the garden beds, and prevent them from digging in the yard. Please use the provided shovel to dispose of poop in the doggie doo drain (green cone by the AC unit) or drop waste bags next to it (not inside!) Please ensure your pups are up-to-date on vaccines and flea/tick preventative, and are not feeling under the weather. (To keep everyone safe)

Hi! We're Sage and Geoff Bradbeer. We've got 4 furbabies - two German Shepard/Husky mixes, a Chi-Pom mutt, and a little orange kitten recently adopted us. One of the major factors in us buying this house was the big yard for our dogs to run - and we'd love to share it with you and your family. No neighbor dogs near. Wide open back of yard. Chicken wire ran along bottom of fencing to keep in the smallest of puppies. The views are gorgeous especially at sunrise. We do treat for fleas & ticks. Back porch has full roof and nice place to get out of sun or just to sit on. We do have a water spicket available spring through fall.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
