Description

The property is a total of 4 acres, but the sniff spot is the 1 acre to the right side of the driveway. There are chairs and a table available.

Sometimes the neighbor cats are lounging around the area. If your dog chases cats then please keep them leashed. There are also wild rabbits occasionally. We do have chickens and an above ground pool on the other side of the property.

Please try to keep your dog(s) away from the chickens and the above ground pool that are on the other side of the property past the mobile home. If possible, keep them in the 1 acre to the right side of the driveway where the chairs and table are.

Large fully fenced true Southern backyard there is a 6 ft privacy fence on one side, 6 ft Cyclone Fence on the other & yard is backed up to the Bayou which is also fenced off. You're more than welcome to enter the lower fenced off area and take your doggies down to the Bayou but enter at your own risk. Baby pool provided as well as plenty of seating for humans. Please feel free to inquire for any other questions. The property is usually pretty quiet and peaceful feel free to make noise and have fun. This is located in a neighborhood but the location pretty private there is a vacant lot directly next to my property but it is not fenced. I maintain it so you are also welcome to play there as well.

Drive down the hill along side the 🇺🇸 pole and park on the grassy rock in front of or right along side of the trailered boat if it is freshly wet from rain please. Stay 20 feet from lake please as it can be squishy. Don’t want to add a tow truck bill to your visit.
