This is an old dairy farm that features a small forest of maples as well as a very very large field…some of the property is fenced in and some is wide open… most of the fencing is old farm fencing.

*SECURITY UPDATE* Due to recent threats from a troubled Sniffspot guest, who was upset about the requirement to follow the time slot rules that protect our guests from unanticipated encounters with other dogs and people, we will now be installing cameras to monitor our property. *Important: All Prices are in USD* *Please look at the pictures of the main gate before deciding if this spot is secure enough for your dog* *SPRING UPDATE* The entrance gate to the Sniffspot in the spring does get muddy and with the saturated soil does hold standing water at times. Please do not park in the standing water. The Sniffspot area is located at the back of my property. Where there is a 6 foot tall fence so that dogs are secure even in the winter with a few feet of snow on the ground. I just recently set this up as family friends recommended I try it, so please be patient as I improve things to make it more guest friendly. Hope your four legged friends enjoy it as much as my dogs do.

Quiet, private backyard in Mount Forest, with lots of room for dogs to run, sniff, and play. A table and chairs with shade for humans to enjoy while their dog(s) socialize or burn off some steam. I'm a Registered Kennel with 4 Golden Retrievers on site. In their own fenced in area. Trails on my property are being cleared and mowed. There is also a lot more trails surrounding my property that is available for dog walks in nature. I'm 60, total animal lover and have had dogs all my life.
