Hello and welcome to our Sniffspot! We hope you enjoy your time here. Just a reminder to please pick up the toys and water bowls that you use when here and place them in the 'used/dirty bin'. This ensures a clean space for the pups that visit after you. Thanks! It's a large, open one acre pasture with plenty of room to run and play. Tall fir trees, our home and other single family homes surround the property. There are neighbors who walk their dogs or play with their dogs in their yards. There are no shared fence-lines but we are noting this in case your dog might be reactive or sensitive to seeing and hearing other dogs and people. There are also chickens nearby - see note below. Double gated entrance for security. Park along the fence on the gravel drive. Plenty of room for your pup to enjoy the zoomies! A few things below to note, thank you! *🎾💦 For the toys and water bowls, we have labeled bins for 'clean' and 'dirty/used'. Please utilize items from the clean containers and then place in used/dirty so we can thoroughly clean them. There are cleaning materials in case you would like to sanitize or self-clean bowls or toys. Thank you! * 🥾The terrain of the pasture does have some dips, bunny holes and there is a section of mown grass, as well as a portion of longer pasture grass, and sticks from the fir trees. Wearing solid and/or waterproof shoes will help you navigate the land. *💦 There is a water jug and spigot with hose in the pasture to use for drinking water. If you use the spigot, please be sure to turn it off. There are small plastic pools available for warm days. You are welcome to use a pool, but please empty it after use and return it to the fenceline area. *💡we have 4 sets of string lights on our fence, two small solar spotlights on the fence, and one large spotlight on the far power pole (motion sensor). It adds some brightness to the pasture for evening visitors. Note that since it is an acre lot, there is a portion of the pasture that is still quite dark once the sun is fully set. *🐓 There are two hens and one rooster on a neighboring fence line and the gate to their henhouse yard has a sign (don't let the chickens out, no matter what they say), as well as a secure gate latch plus bungee cord. They will stay on the far side of their yard, and hide under the shrub/tree cover so are usually not be visible from the Sniffspot pasture, but wanted to share in case this is bothersome to some pup guests. Our rooster, as well as neighborhood roosters, are regularly heard. *please note: due to the burn ban, wildland fires and the dryness of our land, we ask for no smoking on the property at this time, thank you

Very private and secure fully-fenced yard with lots of wide open space to run, chase, and play - toys, a doggie wading pool as well as big shade trees and plenty of well-established landscaping to race around and in and out of, with multiple terrains to explore - grass, river rock, a dirt pile to dig in, and cedar playground chips too… a perfect zoomie-land!! Near Angle Lake - really easy access from I-5 too - private driveway parking right in front of entry gate - come and enjoy the privacy while your dogs sniff and play!!

Von Zarhoff K9 is located on 25 acres in Bonney Lake. We have been breeding German Shepherd dogs and Training for the last 35 years. Dogs and livestock have been a huge part of our lives. We'd like to share the enjoyment we've had with our dogs on the trails & training areas. As well as the designated run & play area. For your first scheduled time please pull up to the gate with the yellow horse, Xing sign on it & text me upon arrival. Sorry for the inconvenience. There is a deck that you can stand beneath for some protection from the elements though! Chairs for lounging humans. WiFi network available. *there is a spigot on the back of the house at the bottom of the stairs to fill the water bowl if it happens to be empty.

2 acres with 5 foot chain link fence surrounded by forest and wetlands. This offers a distraction-free place for your dogs to get their zoomies on! You get both shade and sun, with grass, dirt, wood chips, (and a bit of mud in some spots during the rainy season). We are in the country, so our park doesn't share a fence line with neighbors. You won't see any other dogs. There could be far away dog barks from a few blocks over, but nothing up close. We don't use toxic sprays, so rest assured it's a natural and safe place to romp and play in private. The 2 acres has mature trees throughout and is mowed during the growing season. It's perfect for throwing tennis balls and getting lots of good sniffs in. You will be able to see your dog at all times (unless he/she is hiding behind a tree.) If you add "The Woods" extra (see below) detailed instructions will be within the Sniffspot park, on the SouthEast fence next to the big red bow.

These trails, originally created for horses, have been lovingly reclaimed from invasive brush and dead trees, now fun for paws and feet alike. We’ve nurtured this tranquil forest back to life by planting more than 600 saplings. The canopy of Hemlock, Douglas Fir, Western Red Cedar, Yew, BigLeaf Maple, and Alder, filled out as soon as there was more light. These trails whisper stories of the past. In the spring, summer, and fall, lush frilly leaves decorate every breeze with greenery in motion. If the water is not pressed completely closed it affects our water system pressure. As of Nov 1 2024 the lower water hydrants in the spot are off for the winter. Please close every gate. Dogs must be leashed going to and coming from the parking area, and may be unleashed when entering the dog park. We rely upon guests to contact us and tell us immediately if they need anything. To be fully fenced please roll shut the main gate after you park. There are also 2 sets of gates at the top of each trail to the Sniffspot. The forest area is fully fenced, some doubled. There are 2 gates that lead to the creek so you can control access. PS if you wonder about the fencing here, some guests want the creek fenced too, which isn't possible due to environmental reasons. Please roll the gate into the open and securely hooked position when you leave, thank you!
