We do ask that you brush your dog before coming to swim. We have plenty of toys for your dog, including balls, rafts for the pool and more! Hello, We are Two Dog People located in Roxborough, PA. 2023 summer we renovated our backyard for the pups. Two Dog People is a dog daycare, boarding and local walking home personal pet care service. We are excited to open our space to the community. Our home is surrounded by a 6ft aluminum fencing with bottom dog panels for no escapees. There is a covered patio, dog toys, 2 water hoses, and turf. Additional charges: 2 Dog pool, Dog parties, fire pit access and Hammock. We are always adding new toys and taking ideas. 🐶♥️We have a reactive dog that is afraid of people and I thought it would be such a great opportunity to share our space that we love so much with other people who have reactive dogs or who just don’t have a fenced in yard! This is a safe space for all! ♥️ You will be able to use our driveway. Pull all the way into the driveway and take your dog from your car, directly into the fenced in yard. Theyard is about 3500 to 4000 ft.² around the side of the yard is an area with a table and chairs also a small screened in porch that you are welcome to use with your pup! I will make sure that there is a dog bowl and bags for picking up poop available for you. Trash cans are right as soon as you park! If your dog is not reactive, or if you are working on reactivity, there is gate that exits out through the other side of our yard and you enter the Wissahickon Trail, you are more than welcome to walk the public trail with your leashed dog! My husband built a small rock trail to guide you into the main trail. Also, the patio and chairs are a great spot for people who are working from home. You’re more than welcome to hang out there while your dog get some sniffs and energy out.  **UPDATES: on things we have learned as we have rented (living and learning) 1. patio furniture is put away for the fall/winter 2. Our deck has an open bench area, we have it tied off with rope/planters, we don’t have an issue with our dogs but if your dogs are jumpers we suggest only using the backyard and not the deck. There is a gate to close the deck off to the pups if needed. You can see in the one picture what I mean. 3. There is a small soft spot on the deck (hopefully getting fixed in the warmer months) there is something covering the area as a reminder not to walk on that area.
