If you'd like your dog(s) to have interactive play with my dogs, let me know. Otherwise, they'll be in the house.
From the stone patio, you can tell Alexa to play whatever you like while you're there. The patio table has an umbrella, 6 chairs, and an ashtray. There is also a small TV for use.
You may use the grill. There should be cleaning tools inside the grill for use before and after each use. If you're not sure how to use it, please ask, or don't use it.
You will need to enter the 'gated' patio to turn on the hose to get water for your dog(s) or to add water to the baby pool. Do not allow your dog to enter that gated area. The gate is next to the stone patio table. Please turn off the water when you're done.
The dogs are welcome to climb/play in the wood chip pile and the dirt pile.

Sniffspot Welcome to Tell Tail Farm! A private 2 acre-fully fenced yard with horses and chickens coming home in spring of 2025. We have an additional 3 acres of woods and a pond that is UNFENCED at the back of the property that is accessible through a gate that you are also welcome to explore. We get plenty of wild animals in our yard and have dogs of our own so there are PLENTY! Of smells for your pets to enjoy. All humans and pets will stay inside for your visit unless requested otherwise. When we get a lot of rain, a small pond forms in the back of the yard (pictured) but it’s not there in the extreme summer heat. I have a kiddy pool, water bowls and a hose outside that is usable in the spring, summer and fall. Toys, poop bags, chairs for humans, a nice patio to sit on, picnic table, and a fire pit patio with string lights all available for use! Hand sanitizer is also available and if it rains, we will open up the garage for a rain shelter with chairs! We do not use any pesticides or fertilizer on our property but will spray for ticks in the spring and summer. We cut the grass 1-2x per week but even more in the spring to keep the grass super short and our house sits on top of a hill for added exercise. We have a great property for humans and dogs! We own 14 acres of land. About 9 acres of it is woods, river, and trails. Lots to explore! None of the property is fenced in but the house sits a ways off the road. There is a bench by the river and a tree swing. Bring boots for the river and trails! Help yourself to all the blackberries you can find in July!
This is a dog's paradise! Plenty of room to run free, dig and be happy! There's a large dirt mound in the back for those that love to hunt, dig or climb. Ample shade on 3/4 of an acre. We'll provide sticks, toys and a small kiddy pool for cooling off (initially covered so you can decide how wet they get). We look forward to making your dog's day! Please park in the back of the house.

NEW amenity for owners - we’ve added a hammock. Looking for a perfect place for your dog to run, play, and explore? Our spacious, fully fenced backyard is just what you need! Spanning approximately 0.3 acres (100ft x 130ft), this secure area allows your furry friend to roam freely and safely. Note: the photos sometimes make it hard to see but the fence is fully enclosed with wire. Additionally, the total fence height is 48”. Why Choose Our Spot? - Ample Space: With a generous 0.3+ acre area, there's plenty of room for your dog to stretch their legs, play fetch, or simply explore. - Nature Encounters: Enjoy the serene atmosphere with occasional sightings of deer and a variety of birds, adding a touch of nature to your visit. - Comfortable Amenities: Relax and make yourself at home with our provided chairs and table, perfect for unwinding while your dog has a blast. Have a kiddo? Feel free to play on the swing set! In addition to the backyard, our front yard is also available for your dog to enjoy. Please note that this area is not fenced, so supervision is necessary. Just let me know in advance if you choose to use that space. To ensure your visit is peaceful and uninterrupted, my own dogs will be kept upstairs out of sight. Should you need anything during your visit, feel free to msg me. Enjoy the backyard with a view of Fred Greenwood Park. Allow your pup to run and play while you sit on the deck watching. The park behind you offers many sports events, playground and splash pad. Say hello to the friendly walkers enjoying the park as well!

Fully fenced in yard. Will have water bowls, towels, treats and toys! And for their humans there will be a cooler with drinks and snacks. There will be chairs and a table. There will be doggie bags for their tooties rolls!
Once you turn in the property private drive, you will see the side yard to the left, a big evergreen tree at the end of the driveway. This is where I would like visitors to park on the driveway next to this tree. The property line is defined by neighbors barns, fences & tree lines that surround the property. The property doesn't include the field to the right past the property tree lines. Do not use it. The tree line literally outlines a big rectangle kinda shape of the property. There is a small creek on the other side of the trees but it is not a part of the property. Cannot use it. There is also in ground pool that is gated off by a fence. The valley connects with side yards, back yard, & the hill yard to the right of the backyard. I do not mind if dogs run freely as long as they stay on the property. The valley is half mowed due to fallen trees. Don't go past the fallen trees, the grass is high there. Neighbors do have dogs but never unattended nor do they use the property. In spring, I plan to fence in a part of the yard with things for dogs. The property does have water fun once the weather breaks. I do have a towel, plastic bags you can use for droppings that I will place out on the front porch by the trash cans. Please use the blue trash can to dispose of your pets poop after sealing it securely. I will update when seasons change of what will be accessible to you & your fur babies!🫶 Did I mention it is a very peaceful, natural environment. Dogs love to run around the property with supervision.
