Lots of trees and shrubbery to give you a private oasis. Please close the gate when leaving. There is a concrete wall on one side of the property, woods covering the back and most of the side, and a tall fence on the front side, which creates a very private space. Also included is poop bags, water, and a poop scooper. No pesticides are used on this property. There is also plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles in the driveways. FYI- Chain-link fence is not tied down to the ground between posts, so a smaller dog may be able to push through underneath the fence. Enjoy a beautiful walk on a network of trails that traverse rolling hills in and out of the forest. At the back of the property, you will enjoy some of the best and most private scenery in Oakland County. As summer turns to fall there are a lot fewer bugs and beautiful color changes. Some trees are changing already. Please stay on the cleared paths on the West side and South portion of the property due to work being done on other sections. There are wooden arrow signs that help you navigate to the back of the property and back to the parking area. Thank you. There is a porch with chairs to sit on and kiddie pools for the dogs in the summer. There is a hose that you are more than welcome to use for the dogs. I provide water bowls and poop bags along with a scooper. There are zero gaps in the fence.

Our property is a dogs dream! We no longer have a dog of our own, but when our grand dog comes over, she has stated it feels like Disney world! We have 3 fully fenced acres perfect for exploring and chipmunk chasing and a pond perfect for swimming! No areas are off limits other than our pool deck and above ground pool, but occasionally the neighbor dog is out to say hello with a bark but he is friendly and typically gets called inside after a quick hello. Our neighbors are very kind if you happen to see them as well, but again there is a fence between our neighbors!
