My dog will stay inside without access to windows or doors. The neighbor dog is occasionally outside. She is a very friendly lab mix. Please contact me if she is out and we will make ask the neighbors to put her away.

We have one medium dog of our own that is very friendly. She will stay with us and not cause and disruptions. We also have two inside/outside cats. They will be put away prior to your arrival. At the very back of our property the neighbors may briefly put their dogs in their fenced in yard. This is not very common.

Description

Welcome to Mo's spot! A safe, quiet, and serene yard for you to enjoy with your pups. Almost a full acre of running space right here in town! For the humans: Lots of comfy seating options, table, drinking water, bug spray, hand sanitizer, fire pit area, tiki torches, and doggy waste bags! For the pups: Doggy toys, doggy training treats, water bowls, and seasonal kiddie pool.

Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.

Beautiful spot with lots of wide open spaces for big runs and fun things to sniff. Lots of toys provided, as well as a kiddy pool with fresh water changed daily to keep your pups cool in the summer. I will not put on the kiddy pool on days when it will be less than 60 degrees during your visit unless specifically requested, which you are welcome to do. Look for the big rock with the address number on it, come all the way up the driveway, park near the basketball hoop, then bring the dog(s) through the gate between the barn and the house. Please note one section of the yard has chickens. They are well protected in a sturdy coop; your dog(s) won’t be able to get to them. But if you are worried about their reactivity, that section of the yard is in the back, and it will start off with the gate closed, your dog won’t see them. But if you’re not worried about it or unsure, you’re welcome to open the gate to that portion of the yard, the chickens will still be secured.
