Dog parties and evening sessions welcome! The Westleigh is a thoughtfully curated, cheerful and zen backyard space. Dogs and humans are welcome to all areas of the backyard (approx 6500 sq ft). A great place for dogs to explore and humans to relax! Fully fenced and secure. There is a fully restored vintage trailer that serves as a warming station and has a bathroom and cold drinks inside. Water bowls, a kiddie pool and splash pad available for the doggos.

My 2 dogs will remain indoors in their kennels during your Sniffspot time, please ring the bell. If you have a reactive dog and request assistance, we will have to come outside. We had one complaint for coming out in response to guest requests. Changing the pool heater temperature requires coming outside.) Human demands have led to an increased rate.

*** March 2024 Update: Hey Sniff friends! We had to raise the price because pool cleaning time and effort has gone way up this year. It was either that or shut down our spot and we'd hate to make our pupper friends sad if we had to go that route. Thanks so much for your understanding. We LOVE having y'all as guests! *** We have a lovely .25 acre backyard with lots of different areas for your puppers to explore. They can zoom through the grass, dig in the rocks, pee on all the bushes, and (maybe most importantly) play in the pool! * Please note for reactive dogs: There are two neighbor pups to our right who are occasionally in their yard during Sniffspot visits. They tend to bark, so just a heads up if that may be problematic for your pet. Unfortunately, we don't have any control over their schedule or vocal talents. * A mini-fridge filled with cold water bottles for the humans (at no extra charge) and a hose and dog dish for your four-legged babies will be on-site at each booking. You're welcome to use the extra space in the fridge to keep your personal food stuff cool as well. POOL RULES: - No human swimmers. If you don't have four legs, you can't go in the water - no exceptions. - Brush your dogs before letting them in the water. Excess hair wreaks havoc on a pool's filtration system, upping our cleaning costs, which means we have to raise our price. We want to stay as affordable as possible so please do your part: be cool - don't get hair in the pool! - Put used towels in front of the patio door We don't heat the pool, but by late April, it's usually warm enough to swim in. That being said, your doggos are welcome to dive in all throughout the year, and we'll have towels at the ready to dry off their little tootsies and booties. (Again, dogs only in the pool - NO HUMANS ALLOWED). Please put used towels on the ground in front of the patio door. Let me know if you have any questions or needs. Jenn's Dog Den In North Las Vegas

This yard is dog tested and approved! They love jumping in the pool, using agility equipment, and playing chase around this big fenced area! Note: In the summer months my yard is in full sun in the mornings and doesn’t have much shade till about 5pm. You can sit in the gazebo for shade as needed.
