Description

This property is 5 acres of mostly open space about 1 acre is wooded that lines the property. We do have a barn where we keep chickens. We let our chickens free range, however they typically stay at the barn area. We are 5 minutes off of Routes 11/15 and 2 miles outside of the town of Liverpool. We offer a wrap-around upper porch where you can sit and swing while watching your doggos. We offer many amenities if you do not see one listed we can make accommodations. I work from home so I am available at all times. We have a 2-year-old toddler who loves all animals. We also have 2 huskies, and 1 outside cat. We also offer doggy daycare and overnight boarding if you need those services.

Boarding$40

We offer over night boarding if you need to leave your pet overnight. We will have a great time playing with them and making sure all of their needs are met. Rate is $40/night.

Doggy Daycare$30

We offer doggy Daycare to pet parents who need to leave their pet for a few hours up to all day. They will enjoy staying with our huskies and our pet loving 2 year old! Rate is $30/day

Farm Fresh Eggs - Unwashed$2.5

We offer one dozen of brown eggs from our free range chickens. This dozen is unwashed and may have some chicken poop on them.

Mostly flat terrain for easier walking. Some trails are rocky, some have alot of protruding roots,ground is uneven in areas. Clearing by the cabin and back trails are muddy after the rain. Occasional dog barking in the background. Sometimes neighbors mowing/ kids playing. Pretty private. Mostly audible distractions. You might see a car driving past. Not necessary to bring poop bags, just relocate it if it ends up in the tail. Springs for your dogs to drink from. Some toys and treats provided, so all you need is your dog :) Orange stakes and markers give a general idea of where to go, the property is between 2 driveways and a natural bushy barrier that makes it difficult to access neighboring properties so no worries about trespassing 😊 4 or more dogs use code lotapups and save $5
