If you’d like to join your pup in the water, you’re welcome to add the human swimming option under “Extras.” We also kindly ask that you clean up after yourself and your pup. Spacious yard with lots of room for dogs to run around, plus spaces for humans to relax in peace while their doggos sniff and play. Fully fenced with private entrance. Hose with "shower" feature available for dogs who like to run around in the water on hot summer days. Water bowl. My dog (4 y.o./f mutt, 15 lbs, and very social) is generally inside the house with me, as I work from home, and she can come out to play with your dog if you're looking for a playmate. If not though and your dog prefers solo sniffs, that's okay too! We'll stay inside and give you full privacy. ☀️ Summer note: We lower our sprinkler usage in the hotter months to conserve water. With that, parts of our lawn die back, and the grass is a bit patchy in the summer. During this season, the lawn is not as pristine as I’d like it to be. Let’s just say: I will not be winning any Better Homes & Gardens awards. 😂 Alas, such is life in drought-prone So Cal! I can tell you one thing though: The doggos never seem to mind a bit of patchy grass!
