Description

This is a dog’s dream, with multiple levels, water play in a resort style pool, fruit trees and flowers galore. Come play or splash in this fully fenced yard off La Tuna Canyon in Los Angeles. *Inclement weather- please be advised that there is no completely covered area in the case of rain, and the pool water is not heated.* SPOT/POOL RULES (please read) *This is a private session for your pets, please supervise your dog at all times. *Two pet parents per dog, please. Additional humans can be added as an extra. Children are not allowed on the site for safety reasons. *The deep end of the pool is up to 9 ft deep. Pets & humans swim at their own risk. The host is not responsible for any liability as there is NO lifeguard on site. *Pet parents are welcome to enter the pool to help and support your dog swimming, but are asked to primarly remain on dry ground. Please note NO BATHROOM is provided. *Please do not touch any pool system control in the backyard. You will be responsible for the damage if misused. *Please watch out for your dogs' activities at all times. The host is not liable for any injuries or damages that could happen to dogs and pet parents. *Please bring your own towels. *Pool is professionally cleaned by the pool cleaning company every Tuesday and there might be pool chemicals. * Before going in the pool please use the provided deshedding brush on long-haired breeds to keep the pool clean. Feel free to use the provided pool skimmer to clean the surface of the pool of any dog hair. *Please close the pool umbrella at the end of your visit if you used it. *No dog treats/human food or glassware in the pool. *Please note there are external security cameras on the side gate entrances and the backyard. Video footage is only accessed should there be security incidents.

First time swimming? Not sure how your dog will do in the water? Feel free to add this extra for peace of mind and safety while your dog is in the pool. Available sizes are small (up to 15 pounds) and medium (up to 25lbs). Please specify size when you make the booking.

One Extra person$10

Each additional human guest over 2 pet parents is asked to add the extra person charge.

Pool towels$3

Don’t want to worry about bringing towels? Add this extra for one 100% cotton towel and that will be waiting for your session. At the end of your time just leave the towel on the drying rack outside. Contact me for more towels and I will add an extra for that number (up to four towels).

-Guests must pick up waste with provided scooper or in bags and place in black trash bin. -NO digging around fruit trees or plants. -Please do not pick fruit from trees. -The pool does not have a separate fence or gate – Keep dogs on leash in upper section if you do not wish for them to get near to the water. -NO smoking, NO use of the fire pit or grill
