Description

Grassy 1 acre yard surrounding mobile home. No fence. Home has a front and rear deck to sit on with lawn chairs. Neighbor has a nice large pond which you may look at but may not access. Garden hose available. Indoor restroom available. Bring your own refreshments.

Additional rules

Stay on my property at all times. Do not trespass onto neighbors land. The property limits will be shown at first visit. Do not disturb any neighbors. Pick up after pet and place in trash. If dog starts digging-then stop it and fill hole in. Shovel will be provided. I can provide a bowl for water. Guests may sit on front or back deck on lawn chairs. Bring your own refreshments. If you need to use the restroom-knock on the door and wait. If no answer then restroom is not currently available. I'll do my best to allow restroom access but it is not guaranteed. Remove all your trash.

Hi! I would love for your dog to have a fun spot to have fun and sniff all the new smells! There is only a small gap on the gate entry where I have a cement block. It’s not a big gap I just put it there for extra precaution to make sure no dogs have the chance bust through the gate. I have big dogs and they have plenty of room to run and play fetch! They love to go to the woodsy area near the back to get that forest feeling.
