Spot includes: Private salt water (less drying to skin & less irritating to eyes) pool & hot tub; .5 acres; hill for dogs to explore; dog towels; dog treats; floats & boogie boards; toys - balls, inflatable large balls, frisbee, batons, squeak, plush; 5 different size life vests; water bowls; dog bed/tent; rainbow sprinkler; jump bar; jump hoop; kiddie pool for reluctant swimmers :); shampoo station; dog 1st aid kit; pooper scooper. For humans: towels; drinks; SPF & bug spray; spritzer, hats & glasses; wipes; interactive toys - squirt guns, squish ball, bubbles. EXTRAS - To rent - BBQ & picnic supplies, volleyball pool set - Dog Parties! All Decked Out! East Cobb

If you have a reactive dog or just crave some good privacy, this is the perfect spot for you. Tall, secure wooden fence is 6 feet tall on the sides and 8 feet tall across the back. Lots of level grassy areas to run and play in! There’s a fire table for your use. Please be sure to turn it completely off before you leave. When it’s hot out, there’s plenty of shade and we provide an oscillating fan on the deck for some cool breeze. Milk bones are provided, along with a hose and kiddie pool during the warmer months. We turn the water off in the winter so our pipes don’t freeze. Tons of seating! Outdoor living room area, plus an additional table and chairs with umbrella. There's even a sitting area in the yard with a fetching sticks and some toys. Hammock available as an extra for lounging on the deck. Please park along the street in front of the house, but not in front of the mailbox. Thanks!
