Description

Welcome to our beautiful homestead! Our 7.5-acre property offers a serene setting with ample space for exploration, wildlife, wooded areas, a small creek that meanders along the property line, a pond, and a variety of farm animals. The front of our property features a partially fenced pond, where our dogs love to splash around on warm summer days. Additionally, we provide several kiddie pools, affectionately referred to as “puppy pools,” in various sizes to accommodate dogs of all breeds. Behind our animal pen, you’ll find a charming pasture ideal for playing fetch, obedience training, or simply enjoying the outdoors. We also have a small outdoor playhouse perfect for dogs that starting begin working on confidence-building exercises and training activities, such as teaching “place” and “stay.” Near the play area, there is a large bench and picnic table beneath shaded trees, offering a perfect spot to relax, enjoy a snack, or take a break from the day’s activities. We look forward to hosting you and your wonderful four-legged companion!

Always maintain visual sight of you dog/dogs. Please DO NOT enter the livestock pen. Please pickup after your pet (poop bags will be provided and a trash can to dispose). Please be courteous and respectful of all animals including wildlife.

Hello, my name is Kenzie, and I am a proud Marine Corps veteran originally from Huntington Beach, California. During my service, I developed a deep appreciation for North Carolina, and I decided to make this beautiful state my permanent home. My partner and I are incredibly fortunate to have purchased a spacious property, where we can provide ample room for our four dogs—whom we consider family—and our cherished farm animals. I am thrilled to share our space with fellow pet owners. Watching our dogs run and play on the property brings me immense joy, and I take great comfort in knowing they have a safe environment to enjoy. Our facility is up open to you! 5 acres with an open field, a fenced in play area, a pond, and a 50x60' arena with turf (DO NOT LET YOUR DOG POTTY ON THE TURF). Agility equipment is available to you and be moved how you like to practice new things with your pup or maybe you'd like them to stretch their legs with a nice stroll around the field. Whatever you decide you would like to do, I'm sure we have what it takes to make your pup happy. We please ask that you clean up after your pet. There is a trash can and poop bags provided. We also ask that you shut the red gate behind you once finished. Rules: •No Classes or Lessons will be booked through this company. Please reach out to Wild Child Dog Training to set up lessons or class times. You will be banned if caught. •There is livestock on this property. It is your responsibility to make sure you keep your dog under control to not cause harm to the other animals. •Be honest about the number of dogs you’re bringing

Tonya's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Jacksonville

My yard is fully privacy fenced! I have toys outside; Balls, a tug of war ring, 2 kiddie sized pools and a splash pad. It’s a decent size yard to throw a ball from one end to the other. I have a friendly medium sized boxer mix and we play ball every day. She loves it! She will not be let out while you are here. You’ll have the yard to yourself. Enjoy the gas fire pit, chairs, hammock swing, and hammock. My girl potty’s around the parameters of the yard but I keep it cleaned up. You may hear the neighbors dogs when they are outside but they don’t come out too often.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
