Has your dog become a couch potato? Bring it on out for some good conditioning. Recommended for hunting/sporting dogs and large dogs, we have 100+ acres fenced in with 10' tall fence. Owner will need to walk with their dog (off leash of course) since sight of your dog is limited. The property includes a creek that runs across the front of the property, crop fields (currently soybeans), wooded areas, wetland, and some gentle hills. You can walk the perimeter of the fence and down many trails. It takes me about 40 minutes to walk the front part of the perimeter I cover with my dogs. There is a pond but due to the heat, it is currently covered in algae. Your dog will have access to the creek for drinking, swimming, and playing in. There are a few plastic Adirondack chairs set out for resting. Depending on the time of day, you may hear and/or see my dogs and our rental house occupants dogs. There will be no other dogs inside the fenced area when you visit. This is also in a farming area, so you may hear livestock from neighboring farms. I cannot guarantee that your dog will be clean or stick-tight free when leaving but they will have fun and be tired. This is a great spot for conditioning your upland bird dog before hunting season. No shooting or hunting on our property.

The ponds on the property are man-made and very shallow and mucky… If your dog is a pond jumper, just beware! ⚠️🤣🐾 Feel free to stop in the clubhouse and grab a pop or a cocktail to take on your walk… Definitely bring a leash as the property is not fenced in. We have a small kiddie pool for your pups to play in during the summer, along with a splash pad. Please use at your dogs leisure!🌊☀️ And Cassian’s best toys are set aside for everyone to use ☺️ ❄️‼️ We have a small propane heater that will be set up inside of our shed, along with two chairs.
