Description

Located in a secluded area walking distance from the high school. The home sits "behind" the home on the street, which adds extra reassurance because no car traffic. A deer run surrounds the yard and a small wooded area where deer are seen several times a day. Secured fencing originally built for Xl dogs. Extra basement space for unexpected weather conditions or overnight emergencies.

We have almost 16 acres, just 1 mile from Canonsburg & McMurray. We have 3 separate pastures fenced in. One is where we plant our gardens, one is large & fenced in (but not escape proof), and one is about 1/2 acre. This smaller one is secure (unless your dog is very small or will dig under a fence) If you want your dog to be off leash we will ask you to use the 1/2 acre back pasture which has cattle fencing (you will access using a secure gate). If you keep your dog on the leash you’re welcome to walk him or her anywhere in our other pastures or in our woods. Before you let your dog off the leash, please inspect my fencing to be sure your dog will not be able to get out. Two chairs and a table are provided for comfort. A first aid kit, poop bags and a trash can are available. Water bowls (filled with clean water) and dog toys/balls will be available and will be sanitized after every use. We have a lovely yard that is fully fenced and ready for you and your dog to come play! We live in a nice quiet neighborhood close to Washington. We have a newly paved driveway to park in or street parking, whichever you choose. There are 2 gates to access the yard. The fence is a 6 foot tall privacy fence! We have a newly renovated deck with a nice patio furniture set. I love to garden and always have beautiful flowers on display. We also have a nice hammock and swing to relax on. Our yard does have hills but can still be easily walked around. The hills are great to tire out your dog while playing fetch and having them run up and down! We have a hose that can be used for water. We are happy to provide dog treats, toys to play with, and doggy bags for clean up. We cannot wait to host you and your pup!
