A 4 acre meadow is in back if you’d like to use it but it is outside the fence. Nothing but woods beyond that field. Toys & water if I’m home. Or join our membership for even more peRks!You are welcome to sit by the fire ring or on the shaded swing while your pups run. Please keep dogs off the porches. My dogs see them and go crazy. I sometimes have guests with dogs who compete in agility trials. I will ensure their dogs are inside during your visit. A hose for water is out back by the porch. Inquire about training sessions, essential oils benefits for dogs & humans & use of agility equipment. Do not book extras before messaging and clearing with me! Conewago Woods and Water "Sniff-Fest"

If you want complete privacy then this is your spot. Dogs run through the woods and get to sniff nature and even go to the creek for a private swim on the beautiful Conewago creek. Clear and wide walking paths for the owners. I also train dogs for unleashed activities just like what our property offers.

Behind the house is fenced, the other portion of the yard is open and flat but is not fenced. The field portion can see the road and people walking as well as sheep across the street. I have chickens inside an electrified fence by the barn.

South York Dog Spot

We are centrally located near York Hospital and York College. Easy access with off street parking. Dog towels are provided when the pool is open. The pool is open and ready for pups to swim. **Four person maximum per visit.** No one under the age of 18 is permitted on the property during Sniffspot visits.
