Holly's Fully Fenced Yard For Fun Running and Play

Newly installed fully fenced in area approximately 2600 ft. Does have a small Hill in one spot. We do treat the lawn with a dog friendly pesticide company because there are so many mosquitoes here. So basically our backyard doesn't have many mosquitoes at all. There is access to water and we have a splash pad available. It's a nice area to come and let your dogs just run and play. There are some spots in the fence that are not all the way to the ground so if you have a very little dog it may not be ideal. There are toys in the toybox. We have one designated parking spot that's off the road at the end of the driveway.

This yard is great for dogs. Its fully fenced and semi private. My neighbors seldom not have dogs so you will not see other dogs but may hear other dogs. I have dog bed as well as a lounger that my dog uses more than I do. I have a brand new patio as well as table and chairs. There is an outlet mid yard but the power is not connected and is fully visible.

We have mowed trails and a river to jump in on a hot day! We have an upper field and a long dirt road to run down. We do have three dogs of our own who are all very nice. If your dog is aggressive we would need to know before hand. Please see photo for a glance at our marked trails. :) As of now Wednesday March 5th 2025 we do have some trees down due to the winter! Just wanted to give that heads up before booking with us. We also do have two barn cats that sometimes like to say hi to people. Due to winter ending our trails are muddy, highly recommend boots! I will update here as the season changes!

WiFi available for guests, kiddie/doggie pool for drinking or play. As reactive dog owners we understand the pain of finding exercise space for our dog without having to worry about their triggers. Spring fed pond, plenty of room to run around, trees, toys, what more could a dog want? Dog owners can utilize the pond for fishing or a dip to cool off as well! Farm path is approximately 1/2 mile long if you’d like to take a walk. We do live on an active farm so especially during planting and harvesting seasons, there may be farm equipment moving up and down the farm lane. You will also very likely hear our dogs from inside the house; they're just jealous they aren't out there with you.
