Yard Rental Rules & Guidelines To ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone, please review and follow these rules during your visit: 🐶 Dog Requirements • All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations. • Dogs must be non-aggressive toward people and other dogs. • Owners are fully responsible for their dog(s) at all times. • Please supervise your dog(s) closely while on the property. 🏡 Private Yard Use • This is a private property. Your reservation grants exclusive use of the yard during your booked time. • Our two resident dogs (Lucy Lou & Bucky) will be kept inside the house during all visits—no dog-to-dog interaction will occur. 🚪 Entry & Parking • Alley access is available through the gate next to the garage with parking in the single-car carport. • Guests may also enter through the front gate and park on the street if preferred. • Please close and secure all gates upon entry and exit. 🧹 Clean-Up Policy • Please pick up after your dog(s) and dispose of waste in the provided trash bin or take it with you. • Any excessive messes (digging, damage, etc.) must be reported. 🚫 Prohibited Items & Activities • No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or drugs on the property. • No digging, climbing fences, or damaging landscaping. • No outside food, treats, or toys unless approved by the owner. • No fireworks, loud music, or disruptive behavior. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Guests & Children • Only registered dogs and guests are allowed. • Children must be supervised at all times. ⚠️ Liability Disclaimer • Use of the yard is at your own risk. • The property owner is not responsible for injuries, escapes, or incidents involving dogs or guests. • By booking, you agree to assume full responsibility for your dog(s) and any damages caused. 🌳 Respect the Space • Please leave the yard as you found it so it can remain a safe, welcoming space for future guests.
