David's 66 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Brevard

My property has multiple trails, 2 small fields, streams, a large pond for swimming, and a dog wash station! Lots of space to play. Truly a dog paradise! My property is located on a long, gravel driveway (named by me as Maple Gap Rd) off Frozen Creek Road and just a short distance from the back entrance of Gorges State Park. Once turning onto Frozen Creek Road it’s about 1.3 miles on your right. You’ll see a small green sign saying Maple Gap Road and a Sniffspot sign. Parking is available beside the garage (looks like a house). Ok to park behind my silver truck that stays there. You’ll see a Sniffspot ‘park here’ sign, a dog waste station with bags, and a brown bench with tennis balls, water bowls, and bug spray in a storage bin under the seat. Access to the two small fields and stream is across the gravel driveway. My two homes on the property are vacation rentals by owner. If you see guests they may/may not have dogs. MAD Dog's Nature Spot

This Sniffspot is a fully fenced (6 ft privacy) backyard with a mix of lawn and mulched beds, sun and shade in a quiet neighborhood with the occasional barking dog down the road. Plenty of space to run, roll and sniff!

It feels like you are on a camping trip with your furry friend. We have a hammock, a bench big enough to lay down on, and a patio table with chairs. We have a water hose, doggy pool, toys, treats, and an electric cord for charging your computer or phone. I do have wi-fi for you to use, so you can even come and work while watching your pups play.

Chairs, dog water, tables, etc available with notice. Amazing view for stunning sunset pictures. *Please note: the back field has TALL grass. Great for adventures, but can be hard to see your pup.
