Large fenced in backyard with a furnished shaded patio pergola and fire pit. Backs up to walking trails and shallow creek along the way. No neighbors directly behind. Community has boutique gas station, Tim Hortons Coffee shop and a deli which also gives you access to clean indoor restrooms.

Hospitality professional that enjoys the outdoors and travel. I’ve always had big dogs (English Labradors) and having a large fenced in backyard was ideal. I now only have a small dog who is not much into leaving the comfort of an air conditioner. Thought why not give others the opportunity to use the space as I’d once used it.

Please be aware of the water features as the spring is deep and moves swiftly through the property. An abundance of wildlife live on the farm so don’t be surprised by deer, hawks, skunks, rabbits, raccoons and such.
