Please read and acknowledge the The following waiver agreement before using Starland County Private Dog Park. Your agreement ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for all dogs and their owners. Liability Waiver  I recognize and acknowledge there is potential risk involved to myself, my guests, my dog(s) and my guests' dogs when using the dog park located at 302088 range Road 211, including but not limited to the driveway, parking area, pathways, play yards, gates, and obstacles, and I understand that I am using this facility at my own risk.  I understand that walking/playing surfaces may not be level and may be slippery due to various weather conditions such as rain, snow and ice, and I understand that at any time the parks may have naturally occurring hazards including fungus, berries, weeds, tall grasses, vines, etc. that have the potential to be harmful to people and/or dogs.  ​ I understand that at no time am I to enter the dog park if another guest(s) or dog(s) are inside either the fence or gated area.  I recognize and acknowledge that I am responsible for supervising my dog(s) and guest(s) dog(s) at all times, and ensuring they do not escape the enclosed fenced in area by digging holes, chewing on fencing, climbing fencing/structures etc. I am aware that measures have been taken to minimize the likelihood of other people or dogs arriving on the property during my visit, however I fully understand that there is no guarantee of 100% privacy during my visit. I understand that Starland County Private Dog Park, the property owner, or its agents are not able to control the actions of the public or other clients or prevent them from arriving on the property during my booking.​I accept total responsibility for any and all injuries or damages of any kind to myself, my guests, my dog(s) and my guests' dogs which may result from any reason in the use of the facility. It is my intention and that of my guests to HOLD HARMLESS the Owner(s) for any injury sustained by myself, my guests, my dog(s), my guests' dogs or anyone else that I invite to the facility with me, regardless of cause, while using the facility. ​I acknowledge that I have carefully read this release of liability / assumption of risk and understand its contents. ​ ​By booking and attending your scheduled visit, you agree to indemnify Starland County Private Dog Park and employees/volunteers from losses, claims, damages, liabilities, cause of actions, and expenses occurring from your use of the facility, including any losses, claims, damages, liabilities, cause of actions and expenses for personal injury to or death of any person or animal, or damages to property.  ​ By booking and attending your scheduled visit, you agree to waive Starland County Private Dog Park and employees/volunteers from all damages, injury, loss, liability, or expenses you may now have or which may accrue to you and any other person claiming through you or on your behalf associated with use of this facility.  I have shared these terms with any and all guests including family that will be joining me and they have acknowledged and agreed to the terms. I am aware that by booking through sniff spot I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right of myself or any and all guests to sue the Owner(s) for any reason.
