Please pick up after your pup, put toys back in bins, and leave the other amenities where they were originally located. Please let me know if you are wanting the kiddie pool or sprinkler set up before you arrive to ensure you enjoy your visit!

It is mostly all walkable and cleared of brush minus a few spots that I let grow. We have a 20 lbs husky that could be spied from the windows but not easily. The small immediate backyard is not available for use.

Property Overview Welcome to 1.5 acres of fully fenced outdoor space for your pup to explore! The yard is enclosed with wire fencing that touches the ground, and the access gate has only a small gap between the gate and pavement (see photos for details). Access & Parking When you arrive, please message me through Sniffspot so I can open the gate remotely. You’re welcome to park anywhere on the gravel driveway. As you leave, the gate will open automatically. If for some reason it doesn’t sense properly and open, please send a message and I will open it right away. The Space This is a mostly sunny, open property with a covered porch, a shaded patio, and scattered trees that provide relief on warmer days. The driveway is gravel, and most of the yard is covered with short, cut grass. Behind the garage, you’ll find some longer grass and natural plants. Closed-toe shoes are recommended, as ants and other insects are common in this type of terrain. Seating & Relaxation • Back patio: Table and chairs under cover • Front yard: Bench and hammock shaded by mature trees Safety Notes • There is an additional fenced area behind a separate gate at the back of the property—please do not enter. This area is not maintained and may have snakes or ticks, making it unsafe for dogs. • No pool/deck access. The pool liner is not suitable for dog nails, and the surrounding deck surface can become extremely hot, which can harm paws. Amenities • Fresh water hose & refill station • Water bowls • Toys • Mister • Pet waste bags • Bug spray & hand sanitizer (for the humans) • And, of course, plenty of space to run! Privacy I generally do not meet guests unless needed. I work from home, so I’m likely present on the property, but you’ll have the yard to yourself. As a fearful dog owner, I understand how the presence of a stranger can ruin a dogs fun. There are no chickens, livestock, or other animals outside or visible from the property. My pets are kept indoors, though you may occasionally spot them watching from a window. Courtesy Request Please pick up after your dog so the space stays enjoyable for everyone. We do our best to keep the yard tidy as well, but our own dogs do go out for restroom breaks before/after the sun so some areas out of sight may occasionally be missed; thank you for understanding.
