*UPDATE: I’ve enjoyed hosting all the dogs and most of the owners. But there is always someone who breaks rules and ruins it for everyone. Therefore, You MUST have an account and book through it to be here! No extra guests & their dogs are permitted to visit without an account. All vaccines must be up to date AND ON FILE with SniffSpot. NO FRIENDS WITH DOGS ALLOWED UNLESS THEY BOOK THROUGH THEIR OWN ACCOUNT! No exceptions! This is a liability & safety issue for all involved! If you show up with more dogs and people than on your reservation you will be asked to leave! Tell your friends to setup an account and submit ALL CURRENT VACCINE RECORDS TO SNIFFSPOT! Message me for pricing. **You must clean up after your dog!! I cannot scour 2 acres in between visits to ensure nothing was left behind. This property is 6.5 acres with a 2 acre fenced in yard. 5 minutes off Pennsylvania turnpike and interstate 83. Quiet setting back off a dead end road. A 4 acre meadow is in back if you’d like to use it but it is outside the fence. Nothing but woods beyond that field. Toys & water if I’m home. Or join our membership for even more peRks!You are welcome to sit by the fire ring or on the shaded swing while your pups run. Please keep dogs off the porches. My dogs see them and go crazy. I sometimes have guests with dogs who compete in agility trials. I will ensure their dogs are inside during your visit. A hose for water is out back by the porch. Hazards

There is a small opening in the bottom of the fence on the east side down back, that a tiny dog could push through but my dogs & others have not noticed it. If you don’t have a concern and would like to reserve a spot anyway please message me through here with any questions. Note: We will shut down Dec. 10 & reopen on March 25th 2024.

Agility equipment setup$35

Please arrange through me, not the app. So we can arrange a time that I’m available. Tunnel, jumps, weavepoles & teeter. Requires prior training on each obstacle. You can add a training session during you visit.

Basic dog training$15

Please go through me, not the app so we can schedule a time when I’m available. 30 min. Training of basic commands, recalls, sit, down, stay, healing, leash walking, etc. Rally obedience exercises can be added as the dog progresses. Foundational agility is a second option. Bring treats. don’t feed them before your visit. If they are toy driven, bring a toy. For use of the tunnel, nails need clipped and smooth. I will need advanced notice or help getting the tunnel out.

Dog friendly BnB$125

Must book through me in advance. Do not use app. I may be booked. Separate entrance to queen bedroom with attached bath and sitting area. Dinette table, microwave, frig, toaster, coffee/tea, & more. Firestick TV, AC, WiFi. Dog beds and crates, bowls and toys, coats and treats.

Traveling through in an RV? We have plenty of parking space!! I’m a retired nurse with a love for dogs. I’m 5 minutes off the Pennsylvania turnpike and interstate 83. I have a dog friendly BnB in my home, sitting on 6.5 acres with a 2-acre fenced in yard. All of my guests have dogs and stay during weekends for local agility trials. I have a white GSD and we play agility & other dog sports. I’m not booked every weekend but I will update the calendar when I am. If there’s any conflict the dogs on property will be kept inside during your visit. Please feel free to inquire if the calendar is blocked & you don’t mind if a guest is there when you want to visit. Also, please message me first about the extras before reserving/paying for them in case I’m not available. Thanks!
