Description

Private property with 5+ acres of both a manicured lawn for frisbee tossing, belly rubs, and stick chases! Also we have a woodland walking track for sniffing and exploring, possibly ending in a swim in our 1/4 acre pond. All privately field fenced.

Hazards

Walking trail is woodland and native with exposed roots and rocks- so watch your step, (due to this we have NO after dusk appointments). The field and open (tall) grassy areas could certainly have “vermin” crops (like stickers) and pesky insects (like ticks) and/or spiders and snakes! ** in warm months, Insect repellent is provided (in the guest box), but Nature often finds a way, so staying on the large front lawn might be an option for ya! **We are NOW closed on Fridays for all our property maintenance, which includes using a lawn service for weed control and fertilization and a pond management company. If your dog is sensitive to (non organic) lawn products, please message me for date of last treatment. There is a garden shed and a storage roll off. Please do not open these doors if closed. Lastly, there is a small open barn which operates as our property workshop. Please me mindful of tools and equipment in this area. ***This spot has a water feature. We use a professional service to keep the pond healthy and worry free. Remember that there’s no smoking/vaping, or alcohol on premises, 1 car per dog, but please message me if you want to meet someone!) and No visits after dusk through dawn (due to walking hazards on the wooded trails). Last note- loud, joyful laughter while enjoying your dog(s) running and enjoying themselves is highly contagious! *** if you find an available time slot but are under the required reservation time- text me and let me know- I love being spontaneous and hopefully we can accommodate you. 🐾

0.5 acres, fully fenced, lots of trees, shaded seating area with a table, swing and hammock. Quiet with deer, squirrels and birds.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
