Description

Features a fully fenced-in enclosure and safe play space. The enclosed area is almost an acre and includes 5-6' high fencing, trees and shrubs to sniff around, secret pathways through the trees, shady dog curated beds under the brush, balls for catch and a variety of dog toys. This is where dogs can just be dogs! Also offering 1:1 and group dog training opportunities. If you're having trouble with training, behavioral issues or just want help teaching your dog good manners I can help! My enclosure also includes a smaller pen I use to keep puppies protected from frollicking big dogs, nervous dogs or dogs with behavioral issues. It's a safe way for them to watch and observe everything that's happening and get used to the new smells and voices from a safe and protected space.

Behavioral Challenges Training500 credits

There are no "bad dogs" just misunderstood dogs. I've worked with a variety of dogs with fearful aggression and social anxiety. This 4 hour training experience is for dogs & owners. Learn your dogs triggers, assess what they are saying with body language & gain tools to calm your dog and get them to trust you moving forward. It takes both the dog and the dog parent for these changes to be lasting. With Christina you and your dog will walk away much more informed and confident.

Whether you want to teach your pupper basic obedience, simple commands or are dealing with any problem behaviors I'd love to help! I've been a professional dog trainer for almost 20 years. My gifts begin by meeting dogs where they are. Using body language, calm leadership and positive reinforcement, I can help your dog understand the "assignment" and teach owners techniques for continued training success and dog happiness!

Please stop at the driveway entrance and follow the instructions on the sign that says, "Please text Christina at 207-469-5655 to request entry." I will come meet you and your pup and take you to our enclosure. For 1st time visitors I like to get to know the dog to assess if they need the space to themselves and see if there are any aggression issues so I can plan to meet their needs and ensure everyone is safe and they have an amazing experience! I love big dogs! Pittbulls and other similar protection dogs are right up my alley! If your dog is experiencing significant problems at home, width other dogs or people, I offer private 1:1 training services. There are 2 options; 1 hour or 4 hour private sessions. In my hour sessions I cover and teach dogs and owners how to make learning fun and successfully do "sit, down, stay, heel, easy and off." Pet parent often have specific things they want to teach so I custom tailor each session. Every dog learns differently. I can't guarantee they'll learn all that in an hour. I can guarantee they will understand the assignment and create a solid foundation for learning with more confidence and consistency. I make it super easy and clear to help them be successful. It takes strong leadership, calm energy, and consistent positive reinforcement. For dogs who need more 1:1 time, I offer a 4 hour intensive private session to address issues the pet parent is struggling.. I help dogs with behavioral and learning issues to help. I have a knack for helping dogs who didn't get a great start in life, were abused or undersocialized. Dogs want to be good! They just need a pet parent to calmly and consistently lead and reward them when making good choices. Once a dog is crystal clear about what"s expected their anxiety decreases and they become better learners. My approach is to keep it simple and reach dogs where they are. No dog is too old to learn new tricks. It may take a different approach but in ny private training sessions I try various methods and styles to discern how they learn best. This training is only sustained when their pet parent is consistent. I show pet parents what it takes to continue their lessons. I have a knack for helping dogs who didn't get a good start in life. I use positive reinforcement, hands signals, verbal commands, treats and physical touch in 1:1 training session . Even if you've been told by other trainers they can't help, I will never turn down a dog family in need. I have different sized muzzles to keep everyone safe. In training sessions I connect energetically to break through fears, insecurity, trust issues, trauma, and even abuse history. Dogs don't carry thejr trauma baggage like people. Healing and creating a new experience helps them move beyond their trauma. Eventually with many dogs patting and praising is enough to motivate them. PRAISE PRAISE PRAISE! Catch them doing something right and reward them! As dogs progress eventually touch, ear scratches, belly rubs and vocal praising is enough to inspire them. At Eagle's Doggo Daycation and Training, all are welcome!

I've been a dog person my whole life. Dogs are my favorite people! I've been a dog trainer for almost 20 years and have developed my training style from numerous dog rescues and being a competitive sled dog racer. I can develop a strong link with dogs. Especially ones who have been mistreated. I currently have three dogs and love teaching them new tricks! I've got a knack for meeting dogs where they are and finding and rewarding them when they do something right. Not waiting until they make a mistake to intervene. Please be advised that Cooperative Dogs is not liable for injury to you or your dog. The fence is 5’ high welded wire construction with a chicken wire skirt, which is secure for most dogs but we cannot guarantee that your dog will not figure out a way to escape. There are currently no bathroom facilities.
