Description

Pics coming soo! I have a pretty standard yard. However, it’s quite large and would be great for fetch & quality time with your fur bbys. Our fence is fully fenced in which is perfect for our Siberian husky who absolutely loves her yard. I am new to this app so I’m not sure if it’s allowed, but if you would like my dog to play with yours then I wouldn’t mind letting her outside to play. She plays rough though. She is not aggressive just hyper and athletic. We have neighbors who have a dog that will come out and run along the fence sometimes on their side. That dog is kinda small & barks a lot but she’s sweet. As long as you’re ok with that then you’ll enjoy your visit!

Hazards

Sticks, steps, fence is chain with small holes. I have covered the small holes with brick. However, if you’re a husky owner or owner of a dog who likes to escape they probably could if you’re not watching.

Additional rules

I know barking happens so that’s fine -just not constant barking. I have neighbors on both sides. -try to prevent your dog from digging. I have a husky who has dug enough holes as it is it lol. -No alcohol but smoking cigs is fine. Please bring ashtray or ask for something to ash cigs out in. Don’t litter. - please no more than 3 humans and no more than 3 dogs! If you have kids that must be present just ask and we can talk about it. -humans are welcome on the patio furniture, but fur babies are not allowed on the furniture unless you’re holding them. - there’s a bathroom inside. Please only use restroom when inside. & Only use the restroom in the basement. -please keep your fur babies outside when using the bathroom. My husky would get crazy excited if she caught another dog in the house. -please use poop bags to clean up your pups poop. This is important because I have my own dogs and I wouldn’t want them, yours or other pups to get sick by stepping in poo. When you exit the back yard put poop bags in trash on the side of the house.

Park in driveway and Enter through gate to left side of Garage, WELCOME to Slem’s Sniffspot!!! Open 24/7, well lit at night, shaded patio area with fans on hot days, kiddy pool & splash pad for dogs that want to dip, drinks for humans, fire pit to use on cold nights, just let me know your request!! WiFi available. Alexa available. Poop bags/trash can available. Indoor restroom available if we are home and awake 😊 cell number and other info is on patio table. Please note *if you book your reservation after midnight and it’s for any time between 3am-9am the same day, there’s a possibility I won’t see it in time to prepare. This means there might be a couple of “unclean” spots in the yard from my dogs being let out the night before. *Extras are available for an extra charge. They are: Agility Equipment Setup, Firepit, propane patio heater, BBQ Grill, Birthday Pup decor. You will find them listed in “Extras” when you book your reservation.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
