A flat easy to find parking lot overlooking the St Lawrence leads to a beautiful shaded entrance gate. There is an old animal shelter-we call it the dog house! With space to chill out while your dog explores. Water, poop bags and a few fun surprises available for all guests. We have a few farm animals that are separated from this space, you may be able to peep our mini donkeys from this spot.

Central Fully Fenced Kid Friendly Dog Park Ottawa

Offering a fully fenced dog park with splash pool, private entrance and no visible dogs or domestic animals. It does back onto a school at the very very back of the school yard, so sometimes children wander by in the other side of a very secure chain link fence. Nice and shaded in some areas, lovely patio to sit and enjoy throwing a ball or toy. Lots of garden to sniff (I don’t mind if they walk through them) and children’s play house to explore! Feel free to bring your kids, dog and do some relaxed parenting with a coffee or cold beverage. Grab coffee and bring your bestie to have your dogs play in a safe space while you catch up. Windows are high and privacy is guaranteed! I have a 6 lb tiny dog who is unable to escape the yard, and will not be outdoors while you are enjoying the private space. No smoking of any kind, vaping is okay.

The perfect place for your canine companions to have a great time. Our park is located in a beautiful natural setting, with plenty of space for dogs to run and play. We believe that every dog deserves a safe and fun environment to play and exercise in. Our dog park has a 2 acre 5 foot fenced-in play area that has an open area for running and a small forested area that is great for sniffing. There are some obstacles to explore , an area to play fetch and run free, and a waste disposal station. Some sun , some shade and lots of room to run, sniff and explore. Enjoy clean, fresh air while your dog romps, and explores . There are natural roots and rocks in the field, some brush and a large flat grassed area. It is a field so the ground is uneven. Whether your dog loves to sniff and stroll, do zoomies, climb obstacles or play fetch there are options for all. There is parking for up to three cars, with access directly off the road. We take pride in maintaining a clean and well-managed park, so please remember to clean up after your pet and follow our park rules. We are excited to have you and your dog join our community, so come on down and enjoy the fun at Capital Bark Park! Visitor Guidelines All visitors may arrive at the parking area no more than 5 minutes before their scheduled visit.
