We will provide our raised outdoor bathtub with dog shampoo and towels. A hose with sprayer is available; no hot water, but cool water on hot days. Extra nice after playing in the SplashPad, another of our extras!
Photo Booth$5
We will set up a photo area for your dog and his or her friends with a Birthday theme or a seasonal theme (Fall, holidays, etc.) Just let us know in advance so we can provide a creative set-up for you!
Splashpad$5
We will put out our Splashpad for the dogs to enjoy. if you choose this extra, you may want to add the Bathtub extra so your dogs can be clean and somewhat dry for the ride home!

I am a dog trainer and behavior consultant, as well as a pet owner. I have 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a parrot who all enjoy lots of enrichment experiences in their lives and I'm thrilled to offer our Sniffspots to others who want to help their dogs live their best lives!

When you book "The Back 40" you have access to the original, smaller, The Mannerly Dog Sniffspot, so no one will be using it while you're here! You'll still have your own private dog park, just a bigger one. You will not see us or our dogs. One neighbor has chickens - they are catty-corner to The Back 40, in the rear. They are in a pen and may cluck or crow at times. the yard catty-corner on the other side occasionally has a couple of dogs in it, but it's pretty rare - it could happen though. You might see or hear humans on the other side of the wooden fence that runs the full 300 feet along the side of both Sniffspots. Otherwise, the area is serene and quiet with plenty of squirrels and birds. Sit and rest or play with your dog - either way, we hope you enjoy your visit!

Lucky Dog Fosters Inc. is a certified 501(c)(3) non-profit located in Pearland Texas. We have a sizeable half acre backyard for your dog(s) to enjoy privately which includes fresh drinking water, a water hose for bathing, a kiddie pool to play and keep cool, a tree swing for the humans to relax on, and much more. Enjoy scenic views, a wildflower meadow, stroll through the garden and under the trellis and maybe even spot a bald eagle or other birds. We have some really great extra available too! This is a fully fenced backyard at the end of a culdesac. There is a large play space on either side of the house with a narrow run parallel to the back of the house. Some spots are double fenced as well. There is a pool that can be filled if your fur-baby likes to swim, and there is water available as well!
