Be respectful. Go slow up the driveway, Pick up trash and poop. You can use the trash cans by the garage. If your dog approaches the house or building and you have no verbal control, you will be asked to use a long line. If it happens again you will be asked to leave. We are a training facility and believe nature is the best biological fulfillment for your dog. This is not a dog park so please don’t treat it as such. All dogs you may see have reliable off-leash obedience, please ignore. Enjoy the property!

1700s Historic Home with 10 acres. The North East river borders one side to run and play, and the railroad line runs along the other side but is fenced. Rabbits, groundhogs, and squirrels are plentiful! Field mowed area in some spots, so not all lawn cut grass at this time. It is mowed regularly but may be of varying heights throughout the summer. Woods are available to walk through; however, no trails are available yet (coming soon!). Privacy in the backyard, may see occasional joggers or fishermen on the street out front. Circular driveway is good for laps. The fenced portion of the yard is only for advance approved usage by very young or small dogs. Please keep dogs off of front porch; Gazebo is available for shade or inclement weather. Sniffspot tote is located under the gazebo in a teal tote. Please leave dirty bowls and towels outside of bin for cleaning.
