Description

A beautiful fenced-in 3+ acre parcel with hills, a few trees, areas with short and tall grass. Dogs absolutely love it here. Occasionally we’ll see wild turkeys and a few deer (and a gopher or squirrel here and there) but otherwise it is a dog roaming paradise. Easy to pull in and park on the gravel area. I have dog bowls, a few toys, 3 pooper scoopers, emergency poop bags, and a couple of washing stations. Cell reception is reasonably good here.

Hazards

HOST NOTE

Uneven terrain in some areas, including small mole & gopher holes. Country property so a few ticks in Spring and Summer. Foxtails and “stickies” also present in certain parts of the property in the spring and summer. The field is mowed regularly to minimize all of these but it still a good idea to check your pup. On rare occasions, you may see a snake but 99% of the time these are gopher snakes which are neither poisonous nor venomous. In case of sightings, we alert sniffers immediately and check the area.

If you would like to enjoy the beautiful spot with more human friends. Price is per person, so you only need to pay if it’s above two people per dog. So if 5 people come with two dogs, it is $10. If 10 people come with 2 dogs it is an additional $60.

If possible, please clean up your pup's poop, thank you! Sometimes people miss their dog poop so if you see another dried pile, it’s good karma for the future. There are some neighbors across the street, so it is greatly appreciated if the noise level is kept “reasonable”.

We have 3 large benches that accommodate dogs of all sizes (some benches are more shallow/deeper than others), plus a step that goes all the way around the pool for dogs to walk on.
