David's 66 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Brevard

My property has multiple trails, 2 small fields, streams, a large pond for swimming, and a dog wash station! Lots of space to play. Truly a dog paradise! My property is located on a long, gravel driveway (named by me as Maple Gap Rd) off Frozen Creek Road and just a short distance from the back entrance of Gorges State Park. Once turning onto Frozen Creek Road it’s about 1.3 miles on your right. You’ll see a small green sign saying Maple Gap Road and a Sniffspot sign. Parking is available beside the garage (looks like a house). Ok to park behind my silver truck that stays there. You’ll see a Sniffspot ‘park here’ sign, a dog waste station with bags, and a brown bench with tennis balls, water bowls, and bug spray in a storage bin under the seat. Access to the two small fields and stream is across the gravel driveway. My two homes on the property are vacation rentals by owner. If you see guests they may/may not have dogs. We are on a corner lot. Please do not park in front of the house! Pull around the side and park toward the back of the lot. You can pull partially off the road into the natural bed along the street! Feel free to use the grassy back yard or use the bridge over the small creek to get to the large natural area beside the big creek! Make yourselves at home and enjoy the beautiful space! There are chairs near 2 fire pits that you are welcome to use.

You will see a car cleaning area for our car rental business. The entrance is right there. You will see sniffspot signs with arrows. We will keep our dogs inside at all times. We have a local arts and crafts store, Sunday Morning Gallery, on the top floor as you pass the building. Please come in and browse - just ask, by appointment only currently.
