Please enjoy all the space to the left of the property when you arrive, the pond is toward the back right and you are welcome to use as well. Garden and area near second dwelling are off limits but property along the river and back of the house (facing the river) are available for use. Enjoy your time and please don’t hesitate to ask any questions. Please remember this is an active farm so noise from animals, trains, other non visible dogs and humans are expected although minimized for your booking. Have fun and enjoy your time! Thank you

There is a pond that is occasionally filled with water. We have access to a hose for water. There is a road in the middle of the property connecting a business and our home with very occasional vehicles. Lots of space for you to avoid the road as well as like 30 acres in the back where you can be uninterrupted. Great views of knutsford. Can be quite windy at times but is nice on hot summer days. This is private property and you will be guaranteed not to run into other dogs and people.
