***IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD*** 3 acres. We will consider this unfenced. On the occasional winter day, we do have 1 acre fenced in. Pond in the summer on a hot day. Lots of pee spots for sniffing as we host dogs through Pine Castle Pet Resort home style boarding.

Not fenced in, long driveway to main road (Niagara Rd). Far enough off the main road but not ideal spot if your dogs recall is not the best.

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Our spot is roughly 1300ft away from the road , from where you park and play you literally are not able to see road ,which I really enjoy while playing with my dogs :) the yard is at the back of our property it’s roughly 300 yards from our houses and barn yard. The spot of the property the dogs will be using has two large fields to run and play freely in with a nice pond there they can enjoy as well :) and if you enjoy hiking you will love this spot , addition to the fields and pond we have hiking trails all through our woods that also have sections with fields that are beautiful and are 100% private , however if you and your dog enjoy socializing one of our hiking trails goes all the out to the public swimming hole Murdox! It’s a great spot to come and enjoy quality time with your fur babies without restrictions and enjoy the beauty of nature!

Important - All prices are in USD and charges are in USD Walk through the groomed trail through the woods at the end there is a nice open field for your pups to run! All surrounded by trees. There is a broke/river that runs through the back of the property.

Purrfect Paws N Tails sniff spot by Mel to Rent In Salisbury

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD This spot is my front yard and it is fully fenced. There is a garbage can and doggie bags and scooper available. There is a bin of dog toys available. In the summer there is a table and chairs available to sit. Also in summer and warmer months there is a garden hose available. There is a bench on the side deck available for use which is under a roof to keep out of the elements with a gate that can be shut off to keep you separate from Your dog while they run and play in a full fenced yard or you can keep It open too. There is a sanitizer pump in this area as well as extra doggie bags. At times dog treats may be available too. In the future we hope to be able to offer hot and cold beverages to the fur parents. There will be water available with the hose for dogs to drink in warmer months but the hose is not there in the winter. A very comfortable spot for your dogs to run and play. You may at times spot our dogs separated in the back fence but they cannot get to your dog and when someone has the space booked for their dog we try to keep our dogs inside. You may hear them bark from time to time but for the most part they are quiet. We hope you and your dog or dogs will enjoy the use of our Sniffspot for your dogs and please remember to be respectful of this yard and property. Keep in mind the yard is under surveillance for security reasons as there is also a grooming business at this location but this will not affect your sniff spot time as pick up and drop offs for grooming are scheduled before or after your sniff spot time. So it is important to keep in mind the time so others can have use of the space on their scheduled time as well. Thank you.
