This can only be used after 4:30 weekdays and anytime weekends. During August 16-24, it can be used any time. It is a private building but I have beautiful land on the other side. Sometimes its a meadow and sometimes it is mowed with little pathways throughout. The building on the other side has a fenced in play yard for my school that is not included in this listing. It is conveniently located right off of 116/ Sunderland Road with a long driveway.

If you cross the creek there is a great trail that circles around to the Powerline. Warnings: 1. there are lots of deer! 2. There are old barns. Do Not enter any of the buildings! They are very dangerous!!!! I have rescued reactive dogs. I want to create a safe space for your dogs and you to enjoy this great property.
