This can only be used after 4:30 weekdays and anytime weekends. During August 16-24, it can be used any time. It is a private building but I have beautiful land on the other side. Sometimes its a meadow and sometimes it is mowed with little pathways throughout. The building on the other side has a fenced in play yard for my school that is not included in this listing. It is conveniently located right off of 116/ Sunderland Road with a long driveway.

I live down the street while I am fixing up the old house. So, there maybe someone at work in the house. Once you park, the best walking is down to the creek. Go to the lower field and look for the opening in the woods. 150yards from field is the creek. On a hot day, wear good creek shoes and walk up and down creek. If you cross the creek there is a great trail that circles around to the Powerline. Warnings: 1. there are lots of deer! 2. There are old barns. Do Not enter any of the buildings! They are very dangerous!!!! I have rescued reactive dogs. I want to create a safe space for your dogs and you to enjoy this great property.
