My name is Karri I'm the dog Mom of 2 Doxie Mix Female pups, Dottee is 1 year, and Pearl is 6 months old. They would love to share their yard with other furry Pups
***IMPORTANT: All prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD*** This is a private hobby horse farm in Metchosin. I have a large field that would be a great spot to let your dog run free. I have a 120x60 foot sand ring for detail training (must inform if the ring is going to be used). Water access hose in the corner of fields. Small swing on tree. Outhouse by the barn. Please pick up after your pet. Respect the property and use the garbage cans provided
We offer a full acre of manicured pasture. There are two wading pools for dogs to play in toys, balls, peeposts, fire hydrants, and even a large sunshade, which will put you in the mindset of the far off middle east. There are large, comfortable seats and more ! Come check us out! !
****IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD so it is around 15 canadian*** This is a mostly open area farm field. Space includes a small wooded area within the fenced area. Bathroom available on site in the smaller barn. SMOKE FREE ZONE. Pick up after dogs, garbage bin provided. There are a few seniors visiting with mobility issues which is taken into consideration when there is poop left behind. You can always message me and let me know a general area and I can try to run out and pick it up between the next visit. There are some small gaps in the fence, so this is a great spot for large and medium sized dogs. Not a spot recommended for small dogs or severely reactive. Please keep dogs leashed until it is your time slot and are in the designated area and keep in mind you may pass another dog owner with their dog on a leash leaving or entering the spot. IF YOU CAN NOT CONTROL YOUR DOG ON A LEASH WHEN PASSING ANOTHER DOG PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS SPOT. Lots of seniors visit this spot and they may need some extra time to walk to their cars. For the most part spacing between guests has been good. Please read the essential rules the website has suggested in order to keep this a fun and safe place for dogs. Guests can be blocked from booking again if they do not respect the space or who are rude to me. Please check the spot descriptions for all details regarding animals on the property. For people who don't have cats you can still book the space and visit my two friendly orange cats. The orange cats on the property are very people/kid friendly. Gorgeous 3 acres forest surrounding your playtime with trails throughout. Fully fenced with wood posts. Fence lines up to horses and other farm animals. They are secure behind a 6 ft horse fence. Dogs on property are secured in separate fenced area. Please keep your pet on leash till secure inside fencing.

I offer dog walks, private boarding, and pet sitting services. When I’m not boarding any pups, I’d love to open my yard and patio space for other pups to enjoy. I have a senior dog, Ember, who will potentially be home during your visit - she doesn’t bark and often doesn’t even flinch when strangers come by, but I do close all blinds in my house when she is around for the comfort of your pup. I live in a quiet neighbourhood, however there is some construction going on in the lot behind my home. There are tenants in the upstairs unit, and they are aware when there is a Sniffspot booking. There is a large bedrock that runs along one side of the backyard, which makes for some great exploring. There is a blackberry grove next to my yard which is frequented by various wildlife, so there is always lots to smell back there! Please note there is a significant set of stairs you need to go down to reach the lawn area from the patio. The yard is surrounded by 6ft fences, and there is one section that is steep rock - this could potentially be climbed by a VERY determined pup so please keep that in mind. I’m happy to do what I can to make your time here as safe & fun as possible, so please feel free to reach out with your queries & I’ll try my best to accommodate!
